Is Rehabilitation Possible?

 

The most frequently asked question submitted to the Happeh Theory website is, ” Can I make my body go back to normal?.

The answer to that question is a qualified “yes”. A masturbation changed human body can be rehabilitated to some extent. According to Happeh Theory though, a masturbation changed human body cannot be rehabilitated 100% to the way it was before it was changed by masturbation.

Being unable to rehabilitate the body to 100% of it’s original state is not as serious as it might seem. It is possible to rehabilitate the body to something like 95% of the state it was in before masturbation began. Most people will never be able to tell the difference between 95% and 100% rehabilitation of their body, so it doesn’t really matter that 100% rehabilitation is not possible.

Individuals who need or want their body to function at it’s full capabilities will absolutely notice the difference between 95% rehabilitation and 100% rehabilitation. For example. An individual who was interested in kung fu will never be able to reach their full potential if they masturbate. An individual who is interested in evolving into the highest level human being possible will not reach that goal if they masturbate. Any activity that requires 100% of the physical performance of the human body will be unattainable to the individual who masturbates.

The average rehabilitation percentage for a masturbation changed human body would be between 50% and 75%. That percentage of rehabilitation is relatively easily attainable by any individual who will engage in the necessary rehabilitation activities.

Rehabilitating the body over 75% requires discipline, patience, and an understanding of how masturbation has changed the individual’s body. While some individuals may have plenty of discipline and patience, comprehending how masturbation has changed their body and what exactly is required to fix those changes, is frequently beyond the desire or ability of most individuals.

According to Happeh Theory, masturbation makes all of the changes to the human body that it does by tightening and shrinking the body. So it should not be a surprise to learn that any kind of physical therapy or physical activity that loosens and relaxes the body will rehabilitate masturbation caused changes to the body by some amount.

Different rehabilitation methods will rehabilitate the body by differing amounts depending on how strongly they affect the body, and whether or not they are designed with knowledge of the low level structures of the human body in mind. Therapies involving little or no physical movement of the body for instance, would rehabilitate the body by relatively small amounts compared to the rehabilitative effects offered by physical therapies involving the movement of the body.

Any type of rehabilitation therapy that is based on knowledge of the low level structures within the human body, and whose purpose includes developing, defining, and strengthening those low level structures, will be superior to any rehabilitation method whose only purpose is to relax the body, and any rehabilitation method that is not based on knowledge of the low level structures of the human body.

A short list of possible rehabilitation methods for a body that has been changed by maturbation follows.

(1) – Calming breathing methods or meditation.


Breathing methods and meditation are relatively mild rehabilitation methods that work mainly to relax the bodily tightness caused by masturbation. They do very little to rehabilitate the physical changes masturbation causes to the body. The effects of most breathing methods and meditation are so mild that they are of limited usefulness to the majority of individuals whose body has been changed by masturbation.

While breathing methods and meditation can and will provide therapeutic effects to anyone with a masturbation changed body, and they can and should be practiced for the calming and relaxing benefits they provide, breathing methods and meditation will be of the most use to individuals whose body has been severely tightened by masturbation, such as individuals who experience masturbation related anxiety or heart palpitations.

That is because according to Happeh Theory, one of the main factors contributing to masturbation related feelings of anxiety,  panic, and heart palpitation or other heart discomfort, is restricted breathing caused by masturbation. Masturbation will tighten the lungs and related areas so much that the breathing capacity may be reduced to as little as 10% of it’s normal value.

The reason masturbation restricted breathing produces feelings of anxiety, panic, or heart discomfort, should be familiar to anyone who has gone underwater. When a person underwater runs out of air, how do they react? They become anxious, panicked, and they will thrash about frantically in an attempt to get to the surface so they can get more air.

Masturbation causes anxiety, panic, and heart discomfort, for the exact same reason. Masturbation reduced breathing capacity will make the individual feel as if they are suffocating, just like someone underwater for too long feels like they are suffocating. Adding to the anxiety and panic felt by the unknowingly suffocating individual, is the bewilderment they feel at the source of those feelings.

When a person feels suffocation anxiety and panic from being underwater too long, the thinking part of their mind knows they are experiencing panic and anxiety because they need air. The thinking part of their mind can ameliorate or assuage the feelings of anxiety and panic because it understands their source is from being under water too long, and all that is required to rectify the situation is to go up to the surface to get more air.

When an individual feels suffocation anxiety and panic because of masturbation restricted breathing, they have no idea what the source of their anxiety and panic is because they are unaware of the link between masturbation and breathing. The individual will begin to experience fear at the unknown source of their anxiety and panic. That fear of the unknown source of their anxiety and panic will multiply those feelings to the point where they can paralyze the  individual, or even make them feel like they need medical attention.

Individuals experiencing those types of severe physical symptoms and related emotions need immediate relief of any kind. Even though the effects of mild breathing exercises on the body are mild, those mild effects can offer immediate mild relief and relaxation to the individual whose anxiety, panic, and fear, is so strong they feel paralyzed or they feel the need for medical attention.

There are esoteric breathing methods that do work to physical rehabilitate the body by some relatively small amount. Esoteric breathing methods are very different from mild breathing methods.

It is the opinion of this author that esoteric breathing methods are too dangerous to use as therapy for a masturbation changed human body. Their effects are so powerful that if they are not performed properly they will exacerbate any health problems the individual currently has, they will create new health problems, and most devastatingly, they can cause strong mental deterioration.

The danger associated with improperly performing esoteric breathing exercises makes them unsuitable as therapy for a masturbation changed human body, unless the individual has a trusted personal tutor completely knowledgeable in the breathing exercises, who can constantly monitor them to ensure they are performing the exercises properly, and that no ill effects are taking place.

The rehabilitation effects of any kind of breathing exercises will be increased if they are performed in specific body postures. According to Happeh Theory that is one reason for the man in the following picture to sit in the posture he is sitting in.

Sitting with his legs bent the way they are, extending his arms out to rest on his knees, and curling his fingers as they are curled, puts the body in a posture that causes the air within the body to circulate in a specific way that imparts particular benefits to certain parts of the body. Alternative body postures change the flow pattern of air within the body, which redirects the beneficial effects of the breathing to other parts of the body.

(2) - Tai Chi.

Tai Chi is the name of a Chinese hand to hand combat system. The picture below shows men practicing  the Tai Chi form.

The postures and movements of Tai Chi are based on knowledge of the deep level construction of the human body. The Tai Chi exercise consists of a series of linked physical movements that are to be performed while the person is in a calm state of mind and their breathing is relaxed.

The calm state of mind and the relaxed breathing both work to rehabilitate and inhibit further masturbation caused changes to the body in the same way static or non moving meditation or breathing does. The rehabilitation effectiveness of Tai Chi is radically increased by the addition of the various body movements that all work to develop, strengthen, and define the deep level structures of the human body.

The dedicated person who practiced Tai Chi for years could be almost certain of a 95% or higher rehabilitation of the masturbation caused changes to their body. That high rehabilitation percentage offered by the practice of Tai Chi makes it immediately desirable to many people.

Choosing Tai Chi as a rehabilitation method for a masturbation changed body does have drawbacks. Because Tai Chi was designed to work on and with the deep level structures of the human body, it’s proper practice requires patience, discipline, dedication, study, and large amounts of time.

Many people are unable to meet those requirements. The amount of time involved for Tai Chi to change the body is probably the most significant obstacle for the individual considering Tai Chi as a therapy for a masturbation changed body. It will literally take somewhere around three years for Tai Chi to make the beginning rehabilitative changes to their body. If the individual practices Tai Chi properly for three years, their body will develop a foundation that all other rehabilitation effects are based on.

The individual will receive relief from the symptoms of their masturbation changed body all during those three years, but it will take until the end of those three years for the changes to “cement” or “stick” to the body so they become an unconscious part of the individual’s every daily movement.

The practice of Tai Chi as a rehabilitation method requires serious consideration before being attempted. Because Tai Chi is designed to work on the deep level structures of the human body, improper performance of the form can cause severe health problems and undesirable physical changes to the body.

Any individual considering Tai Chi as a rehabilitation method needs to honestly evaluate themselves and determine if they are able and willing to devote the necessary mental effort to studying and understanding the purpose of the Tai Chi form. If the individual feels they are not able or interested in devoting the necessary mental efforts to the practice of Tai Chi, they should without a doubt choose one of the less demanding rehabilitation methods to heal their body.

(3) – The practice of other styles of Kung Fu

Chinese Kung Fu can be divided into what are called “External” or “Internal” styles. Both styles are based on knowledge of how the human body works at a deep level, so it would seem logical that both styles would be equally useful as therapy to help rehabilitate a masturbation changed body. That is not actually the case though.

External Kung Fu styles, while benefiting and possibly rehabilitating the body through developing, strengthening, and defining the deep structures of the human body, also tend to make the body hard or tight. Because masturbation related health problems are the result of masturbation caused tightening of the body, any additional tightness from any source is going to exacerbate those problems.

Internal Kung Fu styles also rehabilitate the body through developing, strengthening, and defining the deep structures of the body, but Internal Kung Fu styles tend to make the body relaxed and supple, which is one reason why the practice of Tai Chi will rehabilitate a masturbation changed human body.

Since a characteristic of Internal Kung styles is making the body relaxed and supple, and the Internal Kung Fu style Tai Chi is known to rehabilitate a masturbation changed body, it would be reasonable to assume other Internal Kung Fu styles would be equally efficient at rehabilitating masturbation caused changes to a human body. According to Happeh Theory, that is indeed the case.

According to Happeh Theory, any other Internal style of Kung Fu that is practiced properly, will have close to or exactly the same type of therapeutic effects on a masturbation changed human body that Tai Chi does. Two of those other Internal Kung Fu styles are Hsing Yi,

 

and Ba Gua,


(4) – Chi Kung Exercises

Chi Kung exercises are another type of exercise from China. Chi Kung exercises are similar to and/or based on Kung Fu exercises. The main difference between the two is that Chi Kung exercises are more geared towards health and self development, while Kung Fu exercises are more geared towards hand to hand combat. Chi Kung exercises are also usually performed with the body stationary, while Kung Fu exercises usually involve moving the body constantly.

The next picture shows a man performing a Chi Kung exercise.


Although there is no way to tell by examination of the previous pictures, the example Hsing Yi posture and the example Ba Gua posture are one posture in a serious of continuous movements. The example Chi Kung posture is a stationary posture that the man will hold until he completes the exercise.

( It should be kept in mind that because Chi Kung exercises are related to or based on Kung Fu exercises, Chi Kung movements can be used for hand to hand combat. If the reader will examine the palm of the Chi Kung practitioner in the example picture, it should be clear the motion used to extend the palm for the Chi Kung exercise could also be used to extend the palm to attack some target. )

Chi Kung exercises offer most of the same rehabilitative benefits that Kung Fu does because Chi Kung exercises also work on the deep level structures of the human body, and also because they are meant to be performed in a calm state of mind with calm and relaxed breathing.

(5) – Yoga

Yoga is an exercise system associated with the country of India. Yoga is a well known for it’s claims of calming the mind and body. Indian Yoga is based on knowledge of the deep level construction of the human body just as Chinese Kung Fu is. That means Yoga is also effective at rehabilitating the changes that masturbation makes to the human body.

While the mental and physical calming provided by the practice of Yoga, as well as the development, strengthening, and defining of the deep level structures of the human body it offers, all exert rehabilitative effects on a masturbation changed body, the author is of the opinion that Yoga has the same drawback that Chi Kung exercises do. The use of mostly static posture.

While it is common to find Yoga practiced as a series of postures held over some period of time, each posture is it’s own self contained posture. There is not an intentionally designed flow of one Yoga posture into another in the same way the postures of Kung Fu are designed to flow from one to another. That characteristic of Yoga limits it’s effectiveness as a physical therapy in the opinion of the author.

That opinion based on theoretical merits should not be used as a reason to disregard Yoga as a therapy choice for a masturbation changed human body. While Yoga may be less effective than Internal Martial Arts styles at the theoretical level, in real life the proper practice of Yoga could offer very close to the same amount of bodily rehabilitation as the practice of Chinese Kung Fu does.

Keep in mind that because Yoga is similar to Kung Fu, the time it takes for Yoga to rehabilitate the body can be just as long as the time it takes for the practice of Kung Fu to rehabilitate the body. It might also take three years for the proper practice of Yoga to build and strengthen the correct basic foundation of the body.

(6) -  Pilates


“Pilates” is the name of an exercise system developed by a man named Pilates. Pilates works to develop, strengthen, and define the deep level structures of the human body, which means that Pilates exercises can rehabilitate a masturbation changed body by a large amount. Pilates exercises are also designed to be done in a calm state of mind with a relaxed body, which makes Pilates exercises almost as efficient at rehabilitating a masturbation changed body as Kung Fu exercises are.

Originally there were a variety of specialized machines created to perform the Pilates exercises. The machines were large and expensive, which limited their availability to larger organizations with the funds to purchase the machines and the space to install them. In order to recoup their investment, the organizations charged access fees that usually put the machines out of reach of the general public.

More recently a machine was developed that allowed performing a large number of the Pilates exercises all on one machine. This Pilates machine is small enough that it can be moved by one person and used within the space of an average room. The machine is reasonably priced and can be easily purchased by anyone. There are training recordings available and a television sales show for the product.

This Pilates machine is an excellent and recommended choice for the average individual who wants to correct the changes that masturbation has made in their body. That strong recommendation is based on the fact that Pilates will rehabilitate the body with very little awareness on the part of the individual as to what is going on.

The Pilates machine is perfect for the individual who does not want to study and work to ensure they are practicing a Chinese Kung Fu style or Yoga properly. Because the machine is exercising the body it is possible to do the exercises with little or no attention at all, and still receive strong rehabilitative benefits to their body.

(7) – Non traditional rehabilitation methods

Any other exercise method that either relaxes and stretches the body, or any other exercise that develops, strengthens, or defines the deep level structures of the human body, will work to rehabilitate a masturbation changed human body.

The previously listed rehabilitation methods are what might be called “traditional” rehabilitation methods. The rehabilitative properties of Kung Fu, Yoga, and Pilates, are all well known and well documented. Any of those choices, when performed properly, are guaranteed to rehabilitate a masturbation changed body by some amount.

Non traditional physical rehabilitation methods for a masturbation changed body would be activities like skateboarding,

surfing,

and roller skating.

Skateboarding, Surfing, and Roller Skating all strengthen what is called the “ground” of the individual. Strengthening the ground of an individual will work to correct any changes or health problems of the human body, and not just masturbation caused changes and health problems.

(8) – One final comment

All of the mentioned physical therapies will make the masturbation changes in a body more prominent at first. In other words it might seem like the physical therapy is making the masturbation caused changes worse instead of better.

That feeling is a perception of the mind. What is happening is that as the body is rehabilitated, the changes that masturbation inflicted on the body become much more apparent to the mind. Where before the body was in such poor condition the mind could not tell the difference between the healthy and masturbation changed areas of the body, the newly healthy and strong exercised parts of the body will feel very good, while the masturbation changed areas will feel as if they are dead and unresponsive.

Any individual who experiences strong negative feelings in some area of their body while performing rehabilitation exercises, should be reassured to know that is a natural part of the rehabilitation process that will pass with time. The individual should not be alarmed by those feelings or use them as a reason to quit the rehabilitation process.

Depending on how severely the body has been changed by masturbation, the severely masturbation changed areas of the body that feel dead and unresponsive, can remain feeling that way for literally years as the rehabilitation process progresses.

That is why the individual who is serious about rehabilitating their masturbation changed body must be prepared to exert large amounts of  discipline, patience, and perseverance, in order to actually attain their goal.

    iam used to masturbating for about 7 years for like 3-4 times a day and im workingout im noticing a serious change in my left side my shoulder and arm are smaller and less healthy than the right one i want to get them back to normal and to continue workingout can this happens? can i make a good physical condition of my body or  will just be normal if i stopped masturbating please tell me

      Stopping masturbation will result in a very mild amount of recovery of the body. The changes that masturbation causes affect the body so strongly that they almost always require some kind of effort at rehabilitation.

      The easiest recommendation to make is a Pilates machine. All the individual has to do is follow the instructions on the video tape and do the exercises for a few years. Any individual following that advice could look forward to at least a 50% rehabilitation of the changes to their body, if not more.

    Don’t forget the requirement for as about as much time for rehabilitation as the individual masturbated for.

    It is doubtful Pilates would enact an 80 or 90 percent rehabilitation of a body that had experienced masturbation for 30 years because that individual would have to dedicate themselves to 30 years of Pilates, and still have 30 years of life left in which to perform the Pilates exercises.

      I would not want to give an exact number, but the percentage would be very high. In the 80′s and 90′s if the exercises were done on a regular basis for a long enough period of time.

      I think the Pilates machines are one of the better choices for rehabilitation because since it is a machine, it guides the body to move properly. The other choices where the body is moving freely require concentration, focus, and body awareness which many people do not have.

          The rehabilitation will address all aspects of the bodily changes caused by masturbation.

          The percentage of rehabilitation is based on the exercise, not the individual doing the exercise.

          I believe what you want to know is whether or not there is a time difference between someone who is only changed a small amount by masturbation and someone whose body was changed a large amount by masturbation.

          As common sense has probably already told you, the individual who has masturbated for 10 years will have to engage in rehabilitation for a much longer period of time than the person who masturbates only occasionally will.

    I think Feldenkreis (which increases one’s body awareness in motion) and Trigger Points Therapy (to release tension in the muscles that have been constantly squeezed by masturbation) could be added to the list.

      I am not sure though if pilates would help a lot in regaining body symmetry when it has been lost because of masturbation, maybe it would just help a bit with general body awareness.

    I don’t think it is that easy to find partner sex.  I have been doing Tai Chi for a year now.  Tai Chi is great, not just for rehabilitation, but also for general health.  It does take time.  I do find one side of mine is weaker than the other side.  The more I do Tai Chi, the more aware I am of my problem.

      Go look on the internet. There are millions of people asking for or offering sex.

    Happeh, can you explain to me why excessive masturbation will cause health problems on and in your head, your voice, breathing, your personality, your mentality, your intelligence, your vision, arms, chest, your hearing, the way you walk, the way you talk, the way you eyes look, your heart, your emotions, and your energy?

    Also, why do you only promote this theory on the internet instead of having it on t.v., magazines, newspaper articles,journals, advertisments, and dvds?

    Where do you get all the list of health problems about masturbation from? Was it from your own experience when you have over masturbated?

    About weightlifting, Don’t you think excessive weightlifting will cause the same health problems as excessive masturbation does instead of weightlifting and masturbation in general?

    What sports do you think will help recover from excessive masturbation? Is it wrestling? basketball? soccer? etc?

    Is it okay to masturbate occassionly? or not?

    Do you think that eating healthy and nutritious foods will help a person recover from over masturbation? or Over weight training?

    What happens if the person has stopped weightlifting  because of the health problems they have from over weightlifting and use a chest expander which is a metal spring you stretch that proves guided paths of motion?

    Have you tried one of the rehabilitative methods/exercises to help you recover from over masturbation?

    One last question,

    What if the person has over masturbated AND over weightlifted for 9 months, What advice or help would you give that person?

    i just came across the website.  I have been masturbating for about 16 months 3 times a day and i just realised my face is sorta distorted.  considering your experience what’s the best and fastest way to get my face and body back, considering im a pre-university student having my college entrance exam early next year?  i.e I would like a method not too demanding, as I have to study, but would not take too long in terms of years.  i also dont have budget for equipment such as pillates.  what is the best option?  thanks v much in advance!

      There is no such exercise or therapy.

      Masturbation changes the body at a deep level over time. A general rule of thumb is that it will take just as long to repair masturbation caused damage to the body as it did to cause that damage in the first place. If a person has been masturbating for 5 years, it is going to take close to 5 years to rehabilitate those changes.

      Many people are very unhappy to hear that information. I feel for those people, but that is called “dealing with the consequences of your actions”.

    May I ask, is any form of martial arts rehabilitative or is it only tai chi/ kung fu.  because i am a student and am required to take a co-cirricular activity, and im thinking ill take something that will help heal my masturbation-changed body.  There’s no tai chi or kung fu club, but there’s tai kwon do and urshu.  Will those work?

      Any internal or yin focused martial arts will have rehabilitative effects.

      Yang focused martial arts would not be so good because they focus on making the body hard. Masturbation causes tightening and misalignment of the body. Because Yang focused martial arts are about being hard, the practitioner will set their body or brace themselves in their normal, misaligned body stance when they apply force or power. That is going to exacerbate the misalignment of the body instead of fixing it.

      Yin focused martial arts are about being soft. In the beginning of their training the practitioner may also set themselves in their misaligned body stance to perform the exercises as with Yang focused martial arts. But because the focus is on being soft, the practitioner can feel where their body is misaligned. Once they discover the misaligned areas their body will naturally begin to correct the misalignment, which it can only do because the body is soft.

      That process does not happen so much with hard or external martial arts because the body is so hard, the practitioner cannot feel any misalignment of the body that might be present.

      Having said everything all of that, practicing any martial art would be beneficial because martial arts forms are designed for aligned human bodies. If your body is misaligned, even if the martial art you choose does not rehabilitate masturbation caused problems with your body as you hope, practicing the forms of that martial art should help you discover if your body is aligned or misaligned, and by how much and where it is misaligned if it is misaligned.

      It is very common for the average individual to give no thought at all to the fact their body is a machine, and any machine works at it’s optimum when it is aligned as it is designed to be.The practice of martial arts can open your mind to the concept of your body being a machine that was designed to follow a certain set of specifications.

      Human beings are curious by nature. If you did practice martial arts until you felt some kind of proof that your body is a machine that is supposed to be aligned in a particular way, but your body is not aligned in the way you discover it should be, your curiosity should drive you for the rest of your life to align your body and see what happens when it is working like it is supposed to.

      If you want something to look forward to, practicing martial arts will lead you to the realization that you are not what you see in the mirror. You are something much much different. You will discover that you are connected to all of the other people in the world whether you like it or not. You will discover why Asians invented the concepts of “Karma” and “Destiny”. You will come to understand you are an ethereal being who has the ability to travel outside of your physical body.

      But you can only do that if you make your physical body work the way it is designed to work. If you are not interested, you don’t care, you do not want to put the effort and discipline into practicing, or you don’t believe that you will discover anything, then practicing martial arts will seem and actually will be as mundane as lifting weights or taking an aerobics class.

      Vibrators will have a similar effect because you must use your hand to hold the vibrator. Masturbation damage to the body is all about using the hand and arm on the penis. If you use the hand and arm on a vibrator, it will be almost the same damaging effect on the body.

      I will guess that by “sex simulation machine” you mean a machine that is mounted like a horse, or perhaps a machine placed on the floor and backed into. That would not be like masturbation because there is no hand use involved.

          Stopping masturbation will prevent further tightening and shrinking of the body. The passage of time will allow the tense part of the body to gradually relax. Sex should be restricted to intercourse or fellatio. Some type of exercise designed to soften the body and make it flexible could be taken up and practiced to hopefully speed up the loosening of the tight parts of the body.

          Becoming aware of what part of your body has tightened up and how it affects your movements and thinking would be interesting, it would help you intelligently guide the rehabilitation process, and will most likely stimulate your interest in such things to a degree that you might even devote part of your remaining life to turning yourself into a higher level human being.

      Smoking marijuana……….I would think no? Marijuana is supposed to relax the body. Masturbation tightens the body. So I would guess no.

      The process of masturbation is responsible for the majority of changes the body undergoes. The tightening of the body is what causes things like the crippling of one arm and one leg, and the blindness experienced by one eye.

      Swimming should work except for one problem. What happens if the individual’s body does not function properly while swimming? Their head goes underwater and they start to drown. Someone whose body was severely changed by masturbation might find themselves spending all of their effort trying to avoid drowning instead of swimming in a way that will rehabilitate their body.

      You are going to have to spend the rest of your life getting…….75% rehabilitation sounds like an optimistic percentage.

      I could be wrong. Maybe you will respond very well to rehabilitation. Maybe your body has not been changed as much as I envision.

      The projection is based on experience with people and not necessarily the ability of Tai Chi to rehabilitate a body. Most people, even if they swear by whatever they hold dear, will only perform rehabilitation half heartedly and will almost always relapse back into masturbation.

      If you were superhuman and you did the rehabilitation regularly and you took care of your body in all other ways regularly, maybe you could get 95% of your body back.

      You have to be serious about it though.

      Switching hands as opposed to stopping masturbation is not a good idea. Masturbation with one hand tightens and shrinks one side of the body in a harmful way.       (1) – All forms of Tai Chi should work equally well. In the beginning it will not make much difference. Once you begin to understand how your body is changing, then it would be time to start wondering about the differences in styles.

      (2) – I did not emphasize the non-traditonal methods because of the lack of discipline in them. Skateboarding or Surfing for example are usually viewed more as entertainment than as methods of changing the body. The non traditional methods were also less emphasized because of the physical requirements to perform them.

      The expectation is that most people who visit this site and have a masturbation changed body will be relatively older. Most older people would not want to or be able to take up something like Skateboarding or Surfing. If they did there would be a strong chance of injury because of the requirements of those activities.

      (3) – All of the rehabilitation methods should work synergistically. They all work to develop the Yin part of the body so they should all work together.

      The practice of Tai Chi or other Kung Fu styles could change the human body in a way that might interfere with Surfing, Skateboarding, or other more relaxed and free moving exercises. That will not happen until after a number of years of practice have gone by. By that time the individual can make more informed and intelligent decisions about what is going on with their body and how they feel about performing multiple rehabilitation methods simultaneously.

      It doesn’t work that way. Working “extra hard” will usually make things worse.

      I personally like self motivated exercises like Tai Chi because they force the user to learn. Some people do not care about learning. That makes Tai Chi and other self motivated practices a poor choice for them.

      The Pilates machine strongly guides the individual to perform the exercises correctly. For people who do not really want to think about or learn how masturbation changed their body, the Pilates machine is a better choice.

      All of your symptoms will be ameliorated by some amount by rehabilitation. It is possible to recover 80 to 90 percent, which will most likely stop the majority of the health problems you report.

      Rehabilitation to where you really start to feel better is probably going to be around 3 years at least. One year to learn the exercises. One year to become comfortable with the exercises. Then one year to actually do the exercises the right way and receive their benefit.

      Weightlifting is absolutely the wrong thing to do if your body is not symmetric. The reason why is the pressure of the weights will go directly to the weakened areas of the body. Unless the individual is aware enough of their body to adjust it to compensate for the imbalance, weightlifting will almost always exacerbate any asymmetry or imbalance of the body.

      The concept of weightlifting is also not conducive to rehabilitation. Weightlifting concentrates pressure on particular areas of the body to make them bigger or stronger. The human body is supposed to function as one big piece though. Training the mind through weightlifting that the body is separate areas that can be manipulated independently of the rest of the body, is most likely going to lengthen the amount of time it takes the individual to realize their body can act as one big piece, and then train it to act as one big piece.

      Premature ejaculation is caused by a weak Yin part of the body. The Yin part of the body behaves as an anchor for the penis.

      If a person with a developed Yin part of the body becomes celibate for some period of time, because they have a strong Yin part of the body they should have no problems with premature ejaculation if they then begin sexual activity.

      I do not agree with the common wisdom of “masturbate before sex so you can last longer”. That approach does lessen premature ejaculation but it is not so good for the body.

      It would be much better for you to have sex, ejaculate prematurely, then instead of leaving, have sex again. Forcing yourself to have sex again will make the woman happy and it is better for your body. You are getting more of the beneficial pumping hip action of sex instead of the detrimental one sided pumping action of masturbation.

You don’t focus all of your effort on the job and work as hard and as fast as you can to get it done. You need a relaxed and upbeat or even happy mental attitude that will put your body in a relaxed state as you do the rehabilitation exercises in a relaxed kind of way.

        Weightlifting when practiced intelligently can rehabilitate these change. deadlifting with correct technique will straighten out back side to side problems in the back, the one legged deadlift will do so to an even greater degree. mixint rehab with compound lifts has helped me activate my rotator cuff and now my arm and shoulder have better fluidity and stability than before. atop all this weightlifting on its own will tighten a person but certain lifts force your musces to work through a strech and strength cycle and will remove knots. strecthing is very important, movement is very important and strength is very important, so practicing to make each of these aspects work together is a good foundation for rehabilitation.

      My position is that for people who are unaware of their body, the machine can be better. The machine forces the body to do the exercises mostly in the right way. When doing free standing exercises the practioner has to be much more mindful and aware of what the exercises are doing to the body to make certain the exercises are done right.

      A lot of people do not have the disciplined mindset necessary to perfect freestanding exercises which is why the machine is recommended.

    Compound strength training exercises such as squats, deadlifts, clean and presses, barbell rows, and bench presses will not help rehabilitate? I can see how isolation exercises such as concentration curls would be a waste of time, but I have a hard time understanding how rollerskating, surfing, and skateboarding are better at strengthening the “ground” of an individual than those compound exercsies that I mentioned. Can you explain more on this Happeh?

I can see how isolation exercises such as concentration curls would be a waste of time, but I have a hard time understanding how rollerskating, surfing, and skateboarding are better at strengthening the “ground” of an individual than those compound exercsies that I mentioned.       Yes. The rehabilitation methods work to some extent even if they are done improperly. At some point in time, blindly doing the rehabilitation exercises without understanding how they are affecting the body will stop working. That is when the serious person is going to have to start thinking about what the rehabilitation method is teaching them about their body. If they refuse to learn, their body will cease to rehabilitate past some point that would be different for each individual.

      The difference is in intelligent or minded practice and blind practice as stated above. Tai Chi will never ever stop rehabilitating
      the body if it is done correctly. If it is done incorrectly then there is a limit to how much it can change the body.

      Tai Chi is physical therapy for any health problem of the human body. The effects of Right hand masturbation, Left hand masturbation, Fast masturbation, Slow masturbation, Or any other masturbation method you can think of will all be ameliorated by the practice of Tai Chi.

      A knowledgeable Tai Chi instructor will be able to see the different changes in your body. If he is good he should know they are masturbation related, but it doesn’t really matter if he doesn’t know. He will know your body is misaligned for some reason and will be able to correct that.

      Unless you are committed and will work to learn about your body, there is an upper limit to rehabilitation you are
      unlikely to ever break through.

      They might know about it but they will not talk about it. This type of conversation is very embarrassing for most people. Most
      people will pretend they know nothing about the subject because it is too shameful for them to talk about.

      It is not necessary for an instructor to know why your body is changed really. The perceptive ones can look at you and tell. They don’t need you to explain it to them. What the instructor does is watch you for bodily misalignment and he corrects that. The correction of the visible bodily misalignment will eventually work it’s way inside the body to rehabilitate the root cause of the misalignment, which in your case would be masturbation.

      Neither you nor anybody else should mention Happeh Theory, the claims of Happeh Theory, or in my opinion, your concerns about masturbation caused changes to your body with any Tai Chi instructor. All he has to do is observe you moving improperly and advise you on how to move properly.

      It takes time, trial and error, and lots of thinking and insight. A good instructor can speed your progression, but the majority of the effort is on your shoulders.

      Yes. Trying to learn Tai Chi from a book or video will take a very long time unless you have a natural aptitude for it. An instructor will adjust you in the beginning and also provide an example for you to watch. If your instructor likes you and he is a real Tai Chi instructor, he might even possess you and make your body do the form right. That way you can sit there in your head and watch all the movements and sensations your body sends you as he does the form for you.

      It is almost impossible to go wrong with a Chinese Tai Chi instructor. Just being raised Chinese makes their body different in a way that is difficult for a Westerners body to match, even if that Westerner has top level long term instruction in Tai Chi. Simply being in the physical presence of those different Chinese bodies will change your body through the interaction of your energy fields.

      I would recommend an older man because of their longer experience and stability. Younger men can still be caught up in
      the emotions of being an instructor of other people or in having Kung Fu power. Instead of being good instructors they play
      out their emotional dramas on the people they instruct.

      Someone like yourself who is just beginning would probably be fine with any Tai Chi instructor who was available. A few months of practice with someone who is not the best instructor is not going to make too much difference in the long term. That kind of situation would be fine for helping you to decide if Tai Chi really was for you, and making the decision to look for more qualified instruction.

      Sadly no. Your next question describes why.

      A person whose body has been severely changed by masturbation will be likely to achieve only a low percentage of rehabilitation. The reason why is because it basically takes about as much time to reverse the changes as it did to cause them.

      If a man masturbated from the time he was a child of 15 until he was 45, that would be 30 years of masturbation. That man would have to practice rehabilitation for 30 years to get back to the way he was. But he is already 45 so 30 plus 45 means he won’t be rehabilitated until he is 70 years old. Then you add in the natural decay of the body as it ages, which the rehabilitation is also going to have to deal with, and the likelihood of a 95% rehabilitation is very low.

      There is no limit to how much Tai Chi can rehabilitate a human body. The human body will respond to the effects of Tai Chi or other Kung Fu as long as it is practiced.

      Of more concern to you should be the amount of time it takes to learn Tai Chi or other styles of Kung Fu well enough that they will provide rehabilitation effects. If the Tai Chi or Kung Fu is done incorrectly, there will be no rehabilitation and it is possible the practice could exacerbate the problems.

      It takes about three years for the beginner to truly start to feel what is happening. That means for the first three years of practice there is not a lot of rehabilitation going on. Mostly it is learning what the Kung Fu is all about. Then the real rehabilitation begins.

      Rehabilitation would have a more immediately obvious effect on a body that showed little change than on a body with more severe change if that is what you are asking?

      If you have already bought a Pilates machine and you are using it, that is a great start. If you want to you can forgo the Kung Fu
      practice and focus on the Pilates machine for maybe a year or two. It takes that long for you to learn to do the exercises right and then for them to change you. It might even be better that way because Kung Fu training will progress faster
      if your body has been aligned and prepared by some other physical exercise when you begin Kung Fu.

      You actually didn’t say anything about the physical and emotional pain you are feeling. I can tell by the desperate tone of the
      message that something is mentally or emotionally bothering you.

      If you feel the urge you are welcome to describe what it is exactly that is going on. If I have some input to offer then I will.

      Please keep in mind that I am not a trained psychiatrist or psychologist. I can offer personal responses to those kinds of questions, but my professional responses are limited to the physical, mental, and emotional changes caused by masturbation.

    The information here is real.
    I masturbated 3-4 times per day for 10 years and I experience/d most of the symptoms that you proclaim.

    3 years ago I started to lead a healthy life including regular running and yoga, and I quit masturbation and was full celibate for 2 years. In the beginning I experienced the benefits mostly in the breathing, in the dark times my breathing was so restricted that it was impossible for me to relax in any way. Honestly I feel like my breathing capacity has improved 1000x. Now I’m doing also Tai Chi, dancing and feel like doing more strength workout because my (right) shoulder is weak. It used to dislocate very easily, just raising my hand was sometimes enough.

    My practice has become more energetic, I found the connection with the earth to be very important for the bodymind. Yesterday I had a vision of my “energetic” body, the right half is much smaller and deformed. Scary shit, but I’m determined to heal.

    Hell, if there’s anything I ever want to teach my children is that masturbation is seriously dangerous.

    If you have reached the point where you are mentally disturbed it will definitely take on the order of years for rehabilitation. Minimize masturbation, find a partner for sex, and choose a rehabilitation method and stick with it for at least 3 years.

    Well…..In a few years you should be able to feel it. At first you are just doing the exercises. Then at some point you will begin feeling the Yin part of your body. After you can feel the Yin part of your body everything will be downhill from there.

    It is personal choice. Try various rehabilitation methods until you find one you like. It may seem negative, but my opinion is that there is never complete rehabilitation. That is not a big deal because rehabilitation could be 90 percent. Most people would never know the difference between a 90% and a 100% body.

    I do not like running because most people cannot run properly. Rowing machines should be good because they are a machine that guides you to the proper way to do the motions. Treadmills are so much like running they would be similar to running.

    What you want to do is align your body properly. The systems of Kung Fu like Tai Chi, or the Pilates exercise system, are designed to do that. Picking out individual exercises that only work on particular motions or particular muscle groups will have some rehabilitative effect on those particular areas, but they are based on the assumption the rest of the body is working as it should, and they will have little or no effect on the other areas of the body.

    If you give it some thought, you will notice that Tai Chi, Surfing, Skating, Skateboarding, Hula Hooping, etc all involve the entire body. The entire body must be balanced on the Surf Board, Skate Board, or Skates. It takes coordinated movement of the entire body to make a Hula Hoop work. The movements of the Tai Chi system are designed to first integrate the body into one entire piece, then be performed by a body moving as one piece.

    That characteristic of all of those known to work rehabilitation methods casts doubt on the effectiveness of any exercise that only works on certain areas of the body.

    Most Karate I have seen is relatively stiff and static. To remove the body tightness caused by masturbation requires an exercise that involves the body constantly moving.

    It usually takes some time to learn to perform Chi Kung exercises properly. If you are just beginning them, it would be wise not to overdo it.

    Once you feel you have learned the exercises properly, you should be able to tell on your own what the best amount of time for you to practice is.
